Maximum Performance Sports Training is proud to present our Integrated Training named C.O.R.E Boot Camps. This dynamic and progressive program has three different levels. Each level and class is designed to take our clients through proper progression training. We offer three different levels of boot camps, designed with injury prevention in mind. The combinations of exercises are constructed to challenge, motivate, and prepare you for the next level safely and effectively. You will feel the fat melt away and the muscle build as you tone up with a variety of challenging exercises. The boot camps are one hour in duration.
Level 1- This level is designed for individuals who would like to kickstart their fitness goals in a fun, safe, and beneficial manner. Beginners will begin at base level where they will be taught how to effectively stabilize and properly move their bodies while progressing through a strategic program preparing them to confidently move towards the next level to optimize fitness and weight loss objectives.

Level 2 - This level is designed for individuals who are at an intermediate fitness level. In preparation for our advanced level 3, the exerciser will be challenged in core strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and strength. The progression is designed to increase your overall stamina and provide you with the knowledge needed to perform at a higher level.

Level 3 – This level is designed for individuals who are at advanced fitness and athletic level. Level 3 will test and improve your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance through specific exercises designed for agility, power, speed, and overall strength. At the conclusion of this progression of workouts, the body will be able to achieve optimum performance.
Benefits of Level 3:
Our level 1 and 2 workouts are lighter in intensity than level 3, but don’t kid yourself, you are going to sweat! Our level 3 boot camp class is led by head instructor Mitch Ilunga. Our staff will take you through each class, show you the proper form, and motivate you to be your personal best.
We believe that every individual deserves a great amount of personal attention. For that reason our Boot Camp classes will never be more than 10 people. Each class runs for 1 hour and provides you with a great way to work hard and sweat while having fun. We require hard work, in exchange you get results.

Time: Tuesday & Thursday 6:30am to 7:30am (Level 2 & 3), Saturday & Sunday 9am to 10am (Level 2 & 3)
Price: $10 per session or $80 per month (unlimited)
